Contribution flow

How review evidence is handled

Identify the vendor and project context.
Score delivery, fit, compliance, data quality, responsiveness, value, innovation, and collaboration.
Add evidence notes and supporting source references where appropriate.
Flag whether supporting evidence is public, direct, or still to be checked.
Once checked and published, submissions can start the platform-reviewed score layer for that vendor.
